Scheduled, protected, weekly. Your BCBA supervision hours are real hours with a mentor who knows your clients, and RBTs always have backup close by when a program is new.
The always-on cameras that protect kids also make you better: supervisors review real session moments with you — what worked, what to try next — so feedback is always specific, fair, and useful.
RBT → BCaBA → BCBA, with fieldwork hours, exam prep support, and supervision built into the job from day one. We love promoting from within.
Morning huddle — today's plans, any goal changes from yesterday's data, who needs extra hands.
Your client arrives. You're their person all day — one child, one relationship that gets to grow. Sessions run through play the child chooses.
Lunch — yours is protected, and the break room is for actually taking a break.
Fifteen minutes of side-by-side coaching with your BCBA, using this morning's camera footage — the feedback is specific because they saw it.
Data's done in-session, so evenings stay yours. Celebration circle, high-fives, home on time.
You don't need experience to start a career here — you need the values on this page. Our 40-hour RBT training program runs in-house: 11 modules built on the RBT Task List (3rd ed.), led by our own BCBAs, with a hands-on competency assessment and exam preparation at the end. The training itself is unpaid — but the RBT credential you earn is fully yours and recognized anywhere. Most trainees who want to stay on join us as paid RBTs once they're credentialed; and if we're not the right fit, you're free to take your credential elsewhere.
Training access is by invitation — it's part of joining the team, not a public course.
Already invited? Start here →Ranges on every posting — we think you should know the number from the very first conversation.
