Do ABA the way you were taught it should be.

A clinic where assent-based practice, protected supervision time, and manageable caseloads are the everyday standard — and where celebrating a child's first word out loud is considered excellent clinical form.

Why clinicians stay

Supervision that actually happens

Scheduled, protected, weekly. Your BCBA supervision hours are real hours with a mentor who knows your clients, and RBTs always have backup close by when a program is new.

Camera-supported coaching

The always-on cameras that protect kids also make you better: supervisors review real session moments with you — what worked, what to try next — so feedback is always specific, fair, and useful.

A real growth path

RBT → BCaBA → BCBA, with fieldwork hours, exam prep support, and supervision built into the job from day one. We love promoting from within.

No surprises

A real day as an RBT here

8:15

Morning huddle — today's plans, any goal changes from yesterday's data, who needs extra hands.

8:30

Your client arrives. You're their person all day — one child, one relationship that gets to grow. Sessions run through play the child chooses.

12:00

Lunch — yours is protected, and the break room is for actually taking a break.

2:30

Fifteen minutes of side-by-side coaching with your BCBA, using this morning's camera footage — the feedback is specific because they saw it.

4:45

Data's done in-session, so evenings stay yours. Celebration circle, high-fives, home on time.

New to the field?

We train our own RBTs.

You don't need experience to start a career here — you need the values on this page. Our 40-hour RBT training program runs in-house: 11 modules built on the RBT Task List (3rd ed.), led by our own BCBAs, with a hands-on competency assessment and exam preparation at the end. The training itself is unpaid — but the RBT credential you earn is fully yours and recognized anywhere. Most trainees who want to stay on join us as paid RBTs once they're credentialed; and if we're not the right fit, you're free to take your credential elsewhere.

11 modules BCBA-led Exam prep included

Training access is by invitation — it's part of joining the team, not a public course.

Is this your kind of clinic?

You'll thrive here if…

  • You believe a child's "no" is communication, and changing your plan mid-session feels like good clinical work — not failure.
  • Being on camera all day feels like support and safety, because you'd do the same work with a parent in the room.
  • You want feedback often, and you give it too — to your supervisor included.
  • Celebrating a first word with a full happy dance is your idea of professionalism.

This isn't the place for you if…

  • You measure a good session by trials completed, whatever it took to get there.
  • Parents observing unannounced sounds like a problem to manage rather than the point.
  • You see stimming as a behavior to reduce by default.
  • You're looking for a remote-heavy or hands-off role — this job is on the floor, with kids, every day.
